Time: Event starts at 10:30 AM and ends at 7:00 PM
Load in - 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM (Please let us know if you need to load in earlier for set up)
Load out - 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM (If you wish to leave early)
Load In:
You can pull into the little lot off Culver Blvd. on the South West side of the park. Once you have unloaded, please move your car to one of the nearby lots. No permanent parking is allowed in this lot. You will need to park your car in the Ince Parking lot next to Trader Joe's. Parking in Ince parking lot is $12 dollars for the day. If you have a Metro Pass parking is $3 dollars for the day..
Sand bags or other weights to secure the tent in anticipation of afternoon breezes. This will be very important as the pop up tents can easily take off! If no sand bags or weights, check in with your vendor neighbor to secure the tents together with zip ties or bungee cords.
Please ensure adequate attention to your booth throughout the day. EFLA/CGW will not be responsible for vendor stock or personal items.
Parking:
There is a public lot, next to the Trader Joe's, right across the street. It cost $12 maximum per day.
Load-Out:
- You can bring your car around to the little lot after 7PM. If you wish to leave before 7 PM, you will have to use your best judgement as to a safe and legal place to pull up. It is possible there will be some spaced available in this lot.
- Pack out what you pack in. We will take pride in leaving the block as pristine as we borrowed it that morning!
Lighting:
It costs $150 for a generator if you wish to have one to provide electricity to your booth.
We expect it will be getting dark by 6PM. The park will be lit by lamps and the stage lighting.
Notes and Recommendations:
- It is important that we have the name and phone number for the person who will be responsible for your booth on the day of the event. If that information changes, please send it to Stephanie Molen at stephanie.molen@gmail.com or text it to her at 805-698-8895.
- Please note that the City of Culver City requires all vendors selling products or services to purchase a business license. Please contact the Culver City Business tax department 310-253-5780 or go to https://www.culvercity.org/how-do-i/apply/apply-for-a-business-tax-certificate.
- Please note that Culver City has banned single use polystyrene food ware. This type of plastic is identified by resin code 6. This includes the notorious single-use plastic straws. For more information, please visit https://www.culvercity.org/how-do-i/learn/city-ban-on-polystyrene-foodware
- Styrofoam or Resin code 3 plastics (i.e., plastic food foil/wrap, bubble foil etc) are also prohibited at this event.
- For food vendors- we encourage you to use compostable and/or recyclable utensils, plates, and containers. Additionally, you are responsible for the containing, removal, and disposal of all cooking oil.
- For all vendors- please help us minimize waste generation by avoiding single-use items and items with individual packages.
What we Provide:
(If you do not need what is provided, please let us know. You are welcome to bring anything that you want to place in your 10x10 space.)
Someone onsite to direct you to your booth location. Extra hands if you need them to carry things in.
10 x 10 pop up, 1 table and 2 chairs.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Trash and recycling will be on site.
Restrooms (porta potty type) and wash stations will be available.
